A CNNMoney/Thumbtack.com survey shows that small businesses are already feeling the effects of a government shut-down, reports Fox KDVR.  Of the 100 business owners who responded, 46% said their firms either had a cancellation of work or their incoming work had slowed down due to the shut-down.
