The Affordable Care Act, is not lowering health insurance costs for small business, reports the Daily Caller. More businesses have seen their healthcare costs rise, over 63 percent, since the Affordable Care Act’s Implementation. Only eight percent of businesses reported the mandate has lowered their health insurance costs.
