Small businesses in Hawaii no longer have to participate in the Affordable Care Act’s Small Business Health Options Program, reports Pacific Business News. The Department of Health and Human Services granted the state a waiver. Hawaii’s small businesses health care rules have now reverted to  the 1974 Prepaid Health Care Act.
