Trump Takes on the Insurance Marketplace
The Trump administration is taking the first steps towards dismantling the small business portion of the ACA, reports the Los Angeles Times. The first to go will be the Small Business Health Options Program, or SHOP. In addition, there will be new regulations for small businesses that go into effect in January 2018.
