Small Businesses Reap Benefits of Call Recording

What was traditionally an option only for large companies and call centers, call recording has now become a more affordable business communication feature for small businesses.

For example, companies can record a call, attach the call to an email accompanied with an invoice, and the customer will have an accurate record of what was ordered. The call recording feature allows any or all calls to be recorded, including those on a cell or office phone.

Particularly for sales call training, the ability to evaluate how employees communicate with customers elevates their success rate, thus increasing overall sales. "Using call recording as a training tool, and ensuring that your staff is providing the right customer experience over the phone, ultimately elevates customer satisfaction," Myers added. "From a sales perspective, the training piece is utilized to teach best practices, as well as provide feedback on ways to overcome real life objections."
