Small Business Doesn't Think Twitter Helpful

In a recent survey, 41% of the respondents chose LinkedIn as the most effective tool for building small business visibility, reports ZD Net. Surprisingly, Twitter ranked at the bottom of the list with on 3% of respondents choosing it.
