Loyalty Generator To Help Brick And Mortar Retailers

 Synqera, a technology startup that uses big data to bring a personalized digital experience to the physical retail store, today unveils the Synqera Loyalty Generator, a connected in-store device that helps brick and mortar retailers shorten the path to purchase, combat showrooming and foster customer loyalty.

The Synqera Loyalty Generator leverages customer intelligence to engage consumers at the moment of entrance by providing personalized communications that drive their shopping experience. For example, retailers can offer shoppers in-store product discounts, third-party promotions, suggested items for purchase based on previous purchase decisions, and personalized shopping lists.

The Loyalty Generator features Synqera's Scenario Generation Engine, which works in real time combining user profile information, purchase information, current situation data, and flexible in-time and visualized content to create customized offers and shopping tools for customers. Collaborating with printer manufacturer Star Micronics, the Loyalty Generator delivers printed, customized shopping lists, in-store deals and store maps on-the-spot to shoppers at the retail store entrance.

"The challenge facing physical retailers today is leveraging big data to provide an in-store experience that is as customized, personal and value-driven as what customers experience online," said Filipp Shubin, Synqera COO. "Our Loyalty Generator puts retailers back in the driver's seat by capturing shoppers' attention the moment they step in the store - monetizing customers with relevant, intuitive offers and brand promotions that foster repeat visits and loyalty."

How it Works
Customers check-in at the store entrance via the swipe of a card or tap of an NFC-enabled smartphone. Through Synqera's Loyalty Generator retailers can offer shoppers personalized offers, customized store maps, and brand promotions to provide a more enjoyable in-store shopping experience.

    -- Personalized Offers - Retailers can offer custom incentives such as  product discounts, third-party promotions, suggested items for purchase
        based on previous purchase decisions, promotion coupons and personalized shopping lists to drive upselling and cross-selling.

    -- Customized Store Maps - The Loyalty Generator can also create customized store maps based on shopping lists, recipes, profile information and
        situational data.

    -- Brand Promotions - Retailers can offer brands a more targeted, real-time approach to special in-store offers via the following:
          - Real-time, in-store targeted couponing at entrance instead of checkout;

         - Brand discounts versus competitor brands;

          - Branded shopping lists based on profile and real-time situation data;

          - Brand promotion on maps.

The Loyalty Generator works in real-time, building communication scenarios by converting big data in to contextual personalized, colorful content for each consumer's unique order, shopping tendencies and loyalty participation. Key product features include:

    -- Personalized Media Display: intuitive and interactive to create an end-user customized experience tailored to the individual buying
        process.

    -- Real-Time Intelligence: captures information on customers through loyalty card programs, NFC-enabled mobile phone or by check-in with online account, enabling the software platform to analyze the customer purchase decisions and preferences.

    -- Interactive Tools: Near Field Communication (NFC) module, magstripe-reader and touchscreen makes the system easy-to-use and allows
        for business-driven messages to be highlighted as appropriate to the customer.
