Unpaid Interns Not a Good Idea for Small Business

Small businesses should think twice about using an unpaid intern, reports Fox Small Business. According to the Department of Labor there are six rules that must be adhered to in the hiring of an unpaid intern. One rule is that the internship must give an educational experience, In addition, the rules state the company cannot get any benefit from having the intern.
