Keeping the Burden Off Small Businesses

According to the Washington Post, the House Judiciary Committee has approved the Regulatory Flexibility Improvements Act (RFIA). The RFIA is designed to prevent small businesses from suffering unnecessary regulatory burdens. The act would require federal agencies identify and consider indirect consequences of proposed regulation on small businesses, not merely direct consequences.
