Enrollment Lags on Small Business Insurance Exchange

The Small Business Health Options program (SHOP), an online insurance exchange designed to help small businesses get health insurance for their employees, still suffers from low enrollment, reports the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. The latest numbers released by the government show only 10,700 employers are enrolled.
