Small Businesses Question Economic Development Incentives

Small business owners don’t feel that state subsidies really help them, reports CNBC. A new survey by Good Jobs First, a nonprofit think tank, finds that 92 percent of the businesses surveyed believe that their states economic development incentives are geared towards big business.
