Small Businesses Leverage Technology to Attract Customers
Small businesses are increasingly turning to technology to stay competitive and grow their businesses. According to Jordan Crenshaw, the Senior Vice President of the Chamber’s Technology Engagement Center, 95% of small businesses are using at least one type of tech platform. This includes digital payments, marketing, social media, digital sales, and even AI. These tools are helping small businesses to make things easier for their customers and draw them into their stores. Four out of five small businesses are using social media to bring in customers, while nearly half are using digital payments and point of sale tools. One quarter of small businesses are already using AI to help them with their operations.
