TurboTax will begin sending out settlement payments for deceptive advertising, reports Inc.

Next week, Intuit will begin mailing out payments as part of a $141 million settlement arising from accusations that the company used deceptive advertising and practices to lure customers into paying for TurboTax products they did not need or believed would be free

According to the Guardian, the pendulum has swung back to the businesses having the power not the workers.
