Second stage businesses, small to medium sized businesses that have made it through the first three years of business, are economic catalysts, reports the Palm Beach Post. These businesses are in a position to grow and in doing so will help the local economy.

According to CNN Money, many small businesses support health reform because they feel it will make more affordable for their company to offer health insurance.
