According to eWeek, a new survey by Comcast Business shows that 55 percent of businesses that  provide free WiFi believe it results in higher sales per customer.  Additionally, businesses believe the free Wi Fi builds loyalty, keeps customers who are waiting happy and raises the businesses profile in the community. Banks Not Offering Card Protection to Small Businesses

According to NSBA, a recent study performed by Cardhub, a credit card review site, found that the 10 major banks fail to offer small business credit card holders any of the protections called for in the 2009 Credit Card Act. The study also found that U.S. Bank is the friendliest bank for small business, while Wells Fargo and Discover were the least friendly. Read more...
