Small business that cater to civilian employees of the federal government, especially those working at military bases, anticipate a decline in sales due to the sequesters, reports the Star Tribune. Many of the businesses understand that the employees will need to cut back, but they already offer discounts to the employees and can’t afford to lower their prices.
