Amazon is entering the financial services marketplace, reports Inc.com. One of the products they are offering is a co branded credit card aimed at small business owners.

According Inc, the Small Business Administration has made changes to its SBA 7(a) loan program to make it easier for small business to qualify. The rules which took effect in January cut the equity needed for acquisition loans and changes how franchisees get financing.

New York city wants to see more women business owners expand their business, reports WWd. To that end, it is using its WE Fund: Crowd partnership with Kiva, to get small business loans into the hands of 500 women.
