According to Bloomberg, the 2014 launch of the small business insurance marketplace, which would help small business with less than 100 employees purchase health insurance, has been delayed until 2015.

President Obama’s budget includes a tax credit incentive to generate hiring at small businesses, reports Businessweek. The proposed credit would be for companies that paid less than $20 million in wages in 2012, the companies would get a one-time credit of 10% new workers and raises to current workers.
