Small Business Not Ready for Overtime Rule Change
The National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB) has requested the Labor Department put a hold on the new overtime rules, reports USA Today. The rules set to go into effect December 1st reclassify who is eligible for overtime pay. The NFIB is claiming that the affected businesses won’t be ready by the deadline.
