Legal Technology Company, Launching New Research Tools
TrademarkNow, a legal technology company, has unveiled the company's new ExaMatch trademark research technology. TrademarkNow's new ExaMatch platform aids intellectual property attorneys in conducting research for trademark oppositions or pre-litigation preparation. Trademarks are typically filed on a country-by-country basis, forcing trademark attorneys engaged in disputes to painstakingly look up trademark information across multiple country registries and databases in order to prepare for case discussions. ExaMatch allows trademark professionals to quickly search for trademark names, registration numbers, and owners across 60+ countries' trademark databases at once, compiling exact and close matches into an easy-to-read list of results. Clicking on any of the search results pulls up all the details on a specific trademark.
