The SBA Promotes Loan Options at Credit Unions
According to The Business Journals, the Small Business Association (SBA) wants to make it easier for small businesses to obtain loans so they have partnered with the National Credit Union Administration. The three year agreement provides credit unions with training and promotional materials on the SBA’s loan programs.

According to a new poll by Employers, a worker’s compensation carrier, finds that over 75% of small business employers fail to offer non-traditional seating options for employees, such as balance balls and treadmill desks. According to the Washington Post, the House Judiciary Committee has approved the Regulatory Flexibility Improvements Act (RFIA). The RFIA is designed to prevent small businesses from suffering unnecessary regulatory burdens. The act would require federal agencies identify and consider indirect consequences of proposed regulation on small businesses, not merely direct consequences.
