According to a Businessweek, a new study released by Ponemon Institute, a security research firm, shows that small businesses are afraid to reveal a data security breach. While high profile companies such as Citigroup and Apple eventually reveal when they’ve been the subject of a hack, small business are reluctant to talk publicly about their security concerns.
