A large percent of small businesses in San Francisco remain closed, reports the San Francisco Chronicle.

Over 45% of San Francisco’s small businesses remain closed despite an improving economy and California’s reopening, according to a new city report.. 

According to Cleveland.com, the small business administration is urging all businesses to apply for an economic disaster loan.

The Small Business Administration is now urging all eligible small businesses to apply for its Economic Injury Disaster Loans and its Targeted EIDL Advance grant program.

Despite overall small business optimism, black owned businesses are still worried about their future, reports Fortune.
