According to Fox Small Business, putting an incorrect value on a small business can make it impossible to sell the business, that is why two new online companies have emerged that help small businesses put a value on their business.

A new survey shows that “involuntary IT managers”, non-technical staff members who perform IT duties, average about 6 hours per week on IT related tasks, reports CIO Today. This loss of productivity on their primary business activities can cost a company significantly dollar wise.  

April’s National Federation of Independent Business’s optimism index showed a 2.6 point gain for April, reports Bloomberg. April’s optimism number was 92.1, a six month high.
