Supreme Court Upholds the Affordable Care Act’s Federal Subsidies

The U.S. Supreme Court ruling upholds federal subsidies for approximately 6.4 million Americans who have obtained health coverage through a federally-facilitated exchange.  This ruling sends a clear message to employers that the Patient Protection Affordable Care Act (PPACA) is here to stay.
