altApps. They are everywhere. And, as we all know, if you want it, "there's an app for that!". This is so true these days. Even if you thought that there wasn't an app for your small business needs, get ready to learn! Today we will focus on the Top 5 Apps (in our opinion) for small business owners!

1. Apptivo.

This is probably my favorite customer tracking app! It is a great app for keeping track of customers! They can help you manage customer loyalty programs, keep track of prospective customers, schedule follow ups for prospective customers, pretty much any thing you can think of to do with customer management, this company has it!

2.SalesForce Mobile App

The popular business software now comes in a mobile form and can help you manage all aspect of customer relations. This is a very famous and popular company, and they definitely know what they are doing!

3. Twitter/Facebook

I know, I know! They are free and everyone uses them! And this is the exactly the reason that you should too! They are probably the easiest and fastest ways to gain new customers and entice your current customers. Keep up with your social media accounts if you want to stay relevant to your customers!

4. Insightly

Simple to use app with nice user interface! This one has a high rating by other users, and offers a full history of all customer interaction. This is a great one, especially for beginners! I would highly recommend it to all small business owners.

5. Nimble

Also a great one, and it's free! It can help unify all your contacts in one central location, and allows you to respond to all customer concerns in real time.  This is a really great app for consolidating and keeping track of customers and leads.
