According to Small Business Trends, small business owners are expecting a healthy rebound in 2021. 

Bank of America’s 2021 Small Business Owner Report was based on a survey of nearly 1,000 small business owners. The survey was conducted in March 2021. It reveals that economic confidence and business outlook is witnessing a rebound.

Many small businesses missed out on Paycheck Protection Program funding because the program ran out of funds early, reports CNBC.

When the Paycheck Protection Program ran out of funding the first week of May – weeks ahead of its May 31 deadline – it was a huge surprise to the staff of El Museo del Barrio in New York.

The Small Business Administration is giving small businesses a chance to reapply for Paycheck Protection Program loans, reports the Business Journal. 

The Small Business Administration is asking Paycheck Protection Program lenders to withdraw any application that has not yet been approved so that small businesses can apply elsewhere.
