According to Fox Small Business, 89 percent of small business owners report that their personal relationships impact how they run their business. The findings are part of a report from the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). Five States Get Early Access to Health Insurance Marketplace

Five states will get early access to the federal small business health insurance marketplace, reports The St. Louis Post Dispatch. In October, small businesses in Missouri and Illinois, along with three other states, will get a chance to use the Small Business Health Options Program, or SHOP to find health insurance for their employees.
