Smartphones Save Small Businesses Time
A recent survey commissioned by AT&T and the Small Business & Entrepreneurship Council finds that small business owners believe their smartphones save them time, reports Crain’s Cleveland Business. According to the survey results over 56 percent of the respondents reported their smartphone apps saved them three hours per week.

A new survey by Gallup finds that 8 out of 10 small businesses owners have no regrets about starting a small business. The survey results are basically unchanged for the past 11 years with most of the survey respondents saying they would do it all over again if given a chance.

From 1997 to 2014 the number of small businesses owned by women rose 68%, reports the Washington Post. Not only are women starting businesses, but they are outpacing men, an American Express analysis shows that women start 1,288 companies a day.
