Five States Get Early Access to Health Insurance Marketplace
Five states will get early access to the federal small business health insurance marketplace, reports The St. Louis Post Dispatch. In October, small businesses in Missouri and Illinois, along with three other states, will get a chance to use the Small Business Health Options Program, or SHOP to find health insurance for their employees. Open enrollment begins in November.

Report Shows Small Business Credit Conditions Rebound to Reach All-Time High
